It is independently developed by Aoxing Stevia. The worst component of stevia extracts is Rebaudioside-C and the content of R-C in common Stevia 90% is 5%-8%, but the content of R-C in products with no bitter aftertaste is lowered below 2% in the course of refining by Aoxing Stevia and the taste of it is obviously improved and can be widely used in high grade food, beverage and health care products.
Stevia ST90% (Total content>95%: ST90% R-A5% RC≤1% )
It is refined from ST80%. The total content of it is improved to 95% and R-C is lowered to 1%. After comparing and testing, the taste of ST90% is almost the same with cane sugar, and the sweetness of it is 250 time of cane sugar.
